We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the quality and safety of food service. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area and dining space. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts, demonstrating effective time management skills. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions. Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
