Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist in food preparation as needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with serving techniques and basic math skills for handling transactions. Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for guest services and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.
