Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems is a must. All selected candidates will be trained to match our serving standards. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, food handling, and customer service within a fast-paced food industry environment.

We are offering $15/ hour + tips.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate orders using TOAST POS system, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards. Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive guest relations.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a must. Familiarity with POS system; basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Basic understanding of food preparation and serving techniques is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
