REYNA - Mediterranean Tapas & Cocktail Bar

Approx. $70,000 annually (Salary + Tips)

At REYNA, we believe that people bring back people. We're a lively Mediterranean tapas and cocktail bar known for great energy, strong hospitality, and a supportive team culture. We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our growing leadership team.

In this role you'll help lead daily service, support and train staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining REYNA's high service standards and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support the service team Manage scheduling and day-to-day people operations Oversee service and bar inventory Place weekly FOH orders Build strong guest relationships and drive repeat business Support events, large parties, and private functions Ensure health, safety, and service standards are met

About You

3yrs+ in hospitality leadership experience (service manager or similar role preferred) Detail oriented, organized, and guest-focused Positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
