Job Description
NOT FOR STUDENTS We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, developing and implementing strategies to ensure long-term success, and providing leadership and guidance to the staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing teams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
- Oversee the daily operations of the business.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Toronto, ON M5B 2H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Smart Serve (preferred)
