Restaurant Manager
to lead our team and help us deliver an exceptional dining experience every day.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
Monitor financial performance and assist in meeting sales and cost targets
Uphold company policies and health & safety regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory control
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
