Job Description

Looking for a leader with St Hubert restaurant management experience to relocate to Fredericton NB to lead a team there at a St Hubert Express / Harvey\'s combo store. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food production, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of successful restaurant management, including financial management and cost control
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Proficient in bartending techniques (optional)
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory management software
