We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Restaurant Manager

to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our busy dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of restaurant management, including staff supervision, food quality, and guest satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards Manage and train staff, including interviewing, hiring, and ongoing team development Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high-quality standards and food safety compliance Handle cash transactions and POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently and accurately Ensure proper food safety practices are followed in all kitchen and serving areas Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Coordinate with kitchen staff on food presentation, menu updates, and special requests Enforce health regulations and safety protocols within the restaurant environment

Requirements



Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Supervising experience with a focus on team management and development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of food handling regulations and hospitality industry best practices Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Previous experience in hotel or barista settings is a plus but not required Ability to manage cash handling accurately and efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations

Pay: $40,449.54-$67,181.73 per year
