Mezza Lebanese Kitchen in Mount Pearl is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Restaurant Manager
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven restaurant leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and support to our young and energetic team
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee ordering and inventory management
Maintain a high standard of service, cleanliness, and food quality
Ensure all team members follow operational procedures and health & safety standards
Lead by example and foster a positive and productive work culture
Qualifications:
Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience is
required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Able to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage: $18-$19
, based on experience
Additional tips: $3-$5/hour
Approx. 40 hours per week
