- Minimum education / degree required in Business or Hospitality.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience within a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Experience in managing a tea, encompassing comprehensive training and coaching, coupled with robust leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems (Point of Sale).
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Suite.Main Responsibilities:- Drive the achievement of sales and labor targets for the location, while meticulously managing costs and adhering to budgets.
- Provide vigilant oversight of restaurant activities to ensure they consistently meet and surpass food quality, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as maintaining inventory integrity.
- Craft an unparalleled guest experience by fostering a culture of exceptional service among team members, ensuring they are well-trained and dedicated to understanding and exceeding guest expectations.
- Foster the growth and development of team members through ongoing feedback, goal setting, and regular performance evaluations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries and concerns, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to delivering the best possible guest experience.
- Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and operating standards without compromise.
- Continuously evaluate restaurant operations to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
