Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management and food service operations
Strong supervisory and team management skills
Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Toast POS
Excellent customer service and food handling abilities
Experience in interviewing and training staff
Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Relevant experience in bartending, barista roles, or hotel environments
Managing healthy work enviroment and excellent stakeholder management
Tasks
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
