Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the Kitchen and Front.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the Restaurant.
- Coordinate with other managers/supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient guest service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
-Manage Liquor and food inventory to ensure low variance.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of catering, food production, assistant manager, bartending is a plus.
