Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation oversight
Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to ensure top-tier customer service
Oversee food handling, cooking processes, and food safety compliance to meet health regulations and quality standards
Utilize POS systems such as Givex POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Monitor shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Qualifications
Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and guest satisfaction
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, training & development responsibilities
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control practices, and budgeting principles
Experience with restaurant experience including shift management, food handling, catering, bar operations or hotel experience is highly desirable
Ability to lead by example with energetic leadership qualities and a passion for the food service industry
