Hotel Ocho is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing training and development opportunities for staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to lead a team to success. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Manage all events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service and food.
• Train and manage staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Front desk duties
• Follow company Policies and Procedures with Cash handling & reconciliation, balance tills and mannage tips pay outs.
• Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics and able to work independently
• Reporting daily to the Owner
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by owner
• Expected salary 55k-65k a year inludes tips and bonus

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $21.00 per hour Benefits:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
