What you will do in this role:
- Foster a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional Guest-focused service
- Evaluate the effectiveness and report on the metrics of all programs to the General Manager
- Manage teammate relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition
- Manage front of house, according to East Side Mario\xe2\x80\x99s steps of service
- Promote a work environment for employees that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust
What we are looking for:
- Previous management experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant. Minimum 2 years
- Post-secondary education is a bonus!
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional business acumen and team building skills
- Experience with orders, schedules and costing
