Responsibilities
Provide five-star customer service that is prompt, friendly, and enthusiastic during the guests dining experience.
Manage staff within the Front of House service department, including hiring and training new employees, maintaining staff schedules, and evaluating employee performance.
Ensure departmental compliance to our Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and five-star service standards.
Handle the guests complaints related to their dining experience.
Assist the Culinary Director and Chief Operations Officer with improvement actions, cost savings activities, and budget plans.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsible Beverage Server certification.
Mental Health First Aid and Standard First Aid certifications are assets.
Post-secondary education related to hospitality or food and beverage management is an asset.
Additional leadership and management training are assets.
Minimum 5 years experience working in a restaurant setting.
Minimum 3 years experience working in a supervisory or managerial role.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Good computer skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills; must be results-driven and self-motivated.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Adaptability to adjust to guests needs, flexibility, willing to learn.
