Job Description
Overall Responsibility of the Restaurant Communications
Promote and market in house events and parties
Scheduling and Labor Management
Guest Satisfaction - Ensure Guest Satisfaction and Service Recovery
QA - Responsible for compliance with all brand standards and health code
Cleanliness of Restaurant (Kitchen & Dining Room)
Training & Development/Coaching of Front of the House Staff
Assist GM in growing the business and building a strong restaurant team
Prepare performance appraisals for Front of the House staff for review with GM
Hiring Responsibilities for Front of the House staff with GM oversight
Address disciplinary issues and issue documentation after reviewing with GM
Manage the communications to restaurant staff.
Sales Building - assist General Manager to create local store marketing plans to build sales
Assist GM in meeting budget (Top line and bottom line)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $43,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
