Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with skills in supervising staff, food preparation, and customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff, including bartenders and kitchen personnel, to deliver exceptional service. Manage food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency. Assist in interviewing and hiring new team members to build a strong workforce. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential. Experience in bartending or cooking is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. 19+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
