Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Montr\xc3\xa9al (Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie)
Salary: $80,000 (Based on experience)

Our client\'s establishment, with a storied 65-year history in the restaurant industry, is in urgent need of a Restaurant Manager to lead their kitchen team.

Position Details:

- Hours: 45 hours/week
- Shifts: 3 pm to 11 pm (Tuesday to Saturday)
- Closed: Sundays and Mondays, and the restaurant is closed for 10 days in February
- Perks: 2 weeks of vacation, personal days, 2 free meals per day...

Main Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a cook or waiter; managerial experience not required
- Fluently bilingual to communicate with international clientele
- Resourceful
- Autonomous
- Excellent customer service
- Vehicle accessibility required

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee high-level cleanliness areas, including bathrooms, floors, and outdoor preparation spaces
- Schedule and manage maintenance repairs both inside and outside the restaurant (contact list provided)
- Manage kitchen staff exclusively
- Coordinate kitchen staff scheduling, replacements, day-off requests, and rotations
- Handle inventory ordering of food and supplies
