Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Lead and mentor staff, providing training in customer service, food handling, and POS systems.
Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing costs.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Experience
Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations is essential.
Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations is preferred.
Experience in bartending or beverage management is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
