A Shift Manager position at McDonald's offers a wide variety of responsibilities:

Manage kitchen support tasks Ensure fast and efficient production Control waste and losses Monitor employee break schedules Prepare food and various products Stock workstations Maintain cleanliness of the work area Ensure hygiene standards are met Train new employees Perform workstation control checklists Count cash drawers Set shift management priorities Create floor positioning plans Fill out operational control tracking sheets

Salary:

Starting at $18.00 / hour varies based on experience up to $20.00 / hour

Work Schedule:

Day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of significant experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants Completed high school diploma
