What You'll Do as a Red Robin Kitchen Manager

everything that happens in the kitchen, including:

mentoring a team

burgers, BOTTOMLESS SIDES, and all menu items

cooked to perfection

every time.

? Managing food production, inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization.

Controlling food & labor costs

to optimize restaurant profitability.

highest safety, sanitation, and cleanliness

standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

1+ years of full-service restaurant experience

as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager.

? A

proven track record

of leading a

high-performing kitchen team.



?

Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge

(Foodsafe Level 1 preferred; Level 2 is a plus!).

?

Flexibility

days, nights, weekends, and holidays
