Job Description
- Knowledge of reservation availability.
- Takes and assigns tables for dining room reservations
- Greets patrons and when required, escorts them to tables, hands them the menus and makes a server is assigned promptly
- Inspect dining room service stations for cleanliness and general appearance
- Settle guests complaints with tack and diplomacy when required
- Assist in serving if the dining room when required
- Accepts payment from patrons when required
- Responsible for restocking of inventory when required
- Clear and reset tables when required
- Anything else assigned by supervisor
