Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fast Food Restaurant General Manager to join our team!

If you are an experienced fast food restaurant leader who likes to ensure a positive working culture for your team and a positive experience for your guests all while following brand standards and achieving your KPI's then we are looking for you! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience, fostering a brand-standard working environment and maximizing your restaurants profitability by meeting/ exceeding the KPI's assigned to you by the company .

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage and train staff in areas such as food preparation, customer service, and cash handling. Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while supervising kitchen staff. Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash management. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that align with customer preferences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems. Solid understanding of health regulations related to food handling and safety. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in supervising staff is essential; interviewing skills are highly desirable.
