A neighborhood hot spot is in search of their next General Manager. High Volume premium casual dining restaurant is looking for a people driven leader

- Can drive the business, motivated to reach sales targets
- Engaged and excited to take part in social media, event planning
- Champion of private dining and catering growth in the community
- Strong business acumen; experienced in P&L review, managing, and reporting COGS
- floor presence and running shifts - payroll and admin days - rotating shifts between breakfast, mids, and closes.
- Reporting - weekly review management, financial performance; actual vs projections
- Weekly management meetings
- Monthly financial meetings
- Biweekly marketing meetings
- Engagement and participation with the BIA and Chamber of Commerce
- Wine and beverage list development - a collaboration with suppliers
- Engagement with the Chef on menu changes/ tasting etc..
- Staff training and menu launches - with support
- Annual budget and strategic planning
