Key Responsibilities (GMIT progressing to GM)

As a GMIT, you'll learn and gradually assume responsibility for all aspects of running a Domino's restaurant:
Oversee
day-to-day operations
-- opening/closing, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
Assist in managing
labor and food costs
, monitor waste, and control inventory
Participate in
vendor ordering, receiving, and supplier relationship management
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff
Develop team schedules, manage shift coverage, and adjust staffing based on demand
Lead by example -- coaching staff to deliver
fast, friendly, and accurate service
Handle
customer issues
with effective service recovery to maintain guest satisfaction
Manage administrative tasks including
payroll, deposits, POS reports, cash balancing, and daily paperwork
Monitor and analyze
store KPIs and performance metrics
, making improvements where needed
Plan and support
local marketing, promotions, and community outreach
initiatives
Progressively assume
P&L accountability, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities
as training is completed
