experienced General Manager

to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations--driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness Manage, train, and support a team of 8-18 employees Drive financial performance by meeting sales, cost, and labor targets Implement company policies and uphold compliance with food safety and labor regulations Prepare reports, manage cash controls, and monitor inventory Lead by example, working alongside the team to deliver results

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years in restaurant or quick-service operations, with 1+ year in management A hands-on leader who motivates and inspires by working with the team Strong people skills and customer-first mindset Energy and stamina to thrive in a high-volume environment Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
