Responsibilities:
Maintains verbal communication with kitchen and waitstaff.
Monitors the quality of dishes.
Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards.
Makes final preparations on dishes.
Assists staff and management as required where needed.
Qualifications:
Works well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Great communication and coordination skills.
Can work on weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Excellent teamwork skills.
This is position is for evenings and weekends. You must be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
