Duties

Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome upon arrival. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and restrooms. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge of menu items.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
