Who you are



- You have a keen eye for cleanliness and detail -- nothing escapes your attention, whether it's a spill, a smudge, or an expired item.

You thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high hygiene standards. You're safety-conscious and follow procedures meticulously -- cutting corners is not your style. You enjoy working independently but also contribute positively to a team. You're open to learning and bring a can-do attitude to every shift. Experience in cleaning or working in a food service environment is an asset (but not required).

Your responsibilities



- Perform deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen, IKEA Restaurant, and Bistro areas, including equipment, floors, walls, and food prep stations.

Ensure all cleaning routines meet IKEA's hygiene and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inviting workspace at all times. Support food safety by following proper sanitation procedures and reporting any issues. Assist with waste management and recycling programs. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment for co-workers and customers. Be an ambassador of IKEA's values by contributing to a positive and respectful workplace.
