Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team at Chai Mehfil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality chai and food items, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties:
Prepare and serve chai, beverages, and food items according to company standards. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, creating a positive experience for guests. Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including workstations and dining areas. Follow food safety and health regulations to ensure quality standards. Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.80 per hour
Schedule:
Every Weekend Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
