Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
Take and process orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve food items in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or the food industry preferred
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Upselling skills to promote menu items and enhance guest satisfaction
