Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members at The Zesty Lemon. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Follow all food safety procedures and regulations. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Provide assistance to fellow team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Food safety certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.65-$17.00 per hour
