Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities of a Line Cook

Food Preparation

: Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.

Cooking

: Prepare dishes as per order while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Quality Control

: Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards.

Station Management

: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and stock ingredients for service.

Teamwork

: Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Sanitation

: Follow food safety regulations and maintain a sanitary work environment.

Order Expediting

: Accurately and efficiently place and expedite orders.

Plating & Presentation

: Ensure every dish is visually appealing and meets standards.

Culture & Values

: Promote the values and mission of Lokma.

Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long hours Ability to lift up to 20 kg Experience in customer service or restaurants (considered an asset)

Expected Hours

: Minimum 15 to 25 hours mostly closing shift
