Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. You will be responsible for various tasks, including cashiering, food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately. Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas and kitchen equipment. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies regarding sanitation and safety.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,143.09-$93,104.44 per year

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
