Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing orders and managing transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions with precision while maintaining accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Engage in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all food handling processes.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome individuals eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous. Experience with cashiering or cash handling is beneficial. Basic math skills are required for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety protocols is essential. Strong customer service skills are necessary to create a positive dining atmosphere. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
