We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal results
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed
Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes
Requirements
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
