Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Duties

Support and supervise team members during shifts. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Oversee store opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock counts. Handle cash management, deposits, and reconciliation. Help achieve store sales targets and KPIs. Enforce company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations. Motivate the team to meet productivity and customer service goals. Support the implementation of promotions and new product launches. Ensure accurate balancing of tills and safe handling of funds. Assist with payroll and labor cost control. Place orders for supplies and products as needed. Prevent waste and manage product rotation. Monitor food preparation and presentation for quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards. Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally. Lead by example in providing friendly, efficient service. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. Help with staff scheduling and shift planning.

The EMPLOYEE is required to have previous experience in the Food and Beverage Industry in a supervisory capacity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
