Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals to guests. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables or tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
