Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated School Program Staff to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the educational development of children in our programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young learners and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Duties
Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities and programs for children. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and enthusiasm for learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and program activities. Walking to and from school.
Qualifications
Experience in working with children. A background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience working with children in educational or recreational environments. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in engaging with students.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
