Techno :

• Participer activement xc3xa0 la conception et xc3xa0 la mise en xc5x93uvre de solutions en rxc3xa9digeant du code de haute qualitxc3xa9 dans divers langages et frameworks (C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React, SQL, HTML-CSS) ;
• Dxc3xa9velopper de nouvelles fonctionnalitxc3xa9s en collaboration avec une xc3xa9quipe multidisciplinaire (QA, Analyste d'affaires, dxc3xa9veloppeurs, DevOps, BI, etc.) ;
• Maintenir un haut niveau de qualitxc3xa9 grxc3xa2ce aux bonnes pratiques : DDD, tests (tests unitaires, TestCafxc3xa9), code propre (Clean code), documentation, principes SOLID ;
• Participer xc3xa0 toutes les xc3xa9tapes du cycle de vie du dxc3xa9veloppement logiciel, de la conception xc3xa0 la mise en production ;

• Concevoir et dxc3xa9ployer une infrastructure xc3xa9volutive et cloud-native avec des dxc3xa9ploiements conteneurisxc3xa9s ;
• Concevoir, construire et optimiser des API et des intxc3xa9grations avec des DSE (FHIR, HL7) et des plateformes de santxc3xa9 ;
• Mettre en xc5x93uvre les meilleures pratiques (pipelines CI/CD, infrastructure en tant que code, automatisation de la sxc3xa9curitxc3xa9 et surveillance) pour Carepath, en salignant sur le cadre existant de la plateforme autant que possible ;
• Assurer la conformitxc3xa9 aux normes de sxc3xa9curitxc3xa9 en santxc3xa9 (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PHIPA) par le biais du chiffrement, du contrxc3xb4le daccxc3xa8s et de la journalisation daudit ;
• Prototyper et itxc3xa9rer sur le MVP, en optimisant la scalabilitxc3xa9, la performance et la maintenabilitxc3xa9 ;
• Surveiller, tester et affiner les modxc3xa8les dIA, en assurant la rxc3xa9duction des biais, la fiabilitxc3xa9 et lexplicabilitxc3xa9 ;
• Mettre en xc5x93uvre des mesures de protection et de confidentialitxc3xa9 des donnxc3xa9es, incluant le stockage sxc3xa9curisxc3xa9, lanonymisation et les politiques de contrxc3xb4le daccxc3xa8s ;

Akinox is looking for a Interoperability and integration technical lead to join our team. Here's what your typical day would look like :
Techno :

• Actively participate in the design and implementation of solutions by writing high-quality code in various languages and frameworks (C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React, SQL, HTML-CSS);
• Develop new functionalities in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (QA, Business Analyst, developers, DevOps, BI, etc.);
• Maintain a high level of quality through best practices: DDD, testing (Unit testing, TestCafxc3xa9), Clean code, documentation, SOLID;
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design to production release;
• Solve technical problems and optimize application performance;
• Report regularly to the Development Leader on progress, issues and bottlenecks encountered, to ensure rapid resolution and a global view of product progress;

Product :

• Develop & integrate AI-driven tooling for referral workflows, clinical decision support, and data extraction.
• Architect and deploy scalable, cloud-native infrastructure with containerized deployments
• Design, build, optimize APIs & integrations with EHRs (FHIR, HL7) and healthcare platforms.
• Implement best practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, security automation, and monitoring) for Carepath, mapping to existing platform framework where possible
• Ensure compliance with healthcare security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PHIPA) through encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
• Prototype and iterate on the MVP, optimizing for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Monitor, test, and refine AI models, ensuring bias mitigation, reliability, and explainability.
• Implement data protection and privacy measures, including secure storage, anonymization, and access control policies.
• Collaborate with CPTO on technical decision-making for the MVP, setting up best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
