Job Description

Gerer les operations reseau sur notre solution en tant que service (as-a-service) basee sur le cloud. Mettre en place et diriger les activites d'assurance, incluant la gestion des incidents, la gestion des problemes, la gestion de la performance, la gestion des changements et d'autres fonctions liees aux operations de service. Traiter les pannes et appliquer des mesures correctives. Deployer, integrer, configurer et depanner de nouveaux noeuds sur le cloud (Azure). Mener des activites de maintenance proactive. Produire des rapports sur de multiples plateformes, en correlant des donnees de sources variees. S'assurer que la solution livree est correctement mise en oeuvre et fonctionne conformement aux exigences. Fournir un soutien pour la solution, y compris la gestion des demandes d'assistance et du soutien a la clientele. Preparer et executer les projets de livraison et de recette avec le client. Preparer, verifier et executer les mises a niveau et les mises a jour logicielles. Traiter les pannes et appliquer des mesures correctives au niveau des noeuds, des services et de l'infrastructure. Ameliorer en continu nos methodes de travail. Baccalaureat en genie electrique, en telecommunications, en informatique ou dans une discipline technique equivalente. Plus de 5 ans d'experience en operations de reseaux/TI. Experience ITIL. Connaissance de l'environnement des telecommunications et comprehension des flux d'approvisionnement des eSIM. Bonnes competences en communication. Gestion de la clientele. Mise en place, maintenance et depannage de pipelines CI/CD. Experience pratique avec Prometheus, Grafana, la suite ELK et Azure Monitor. Connaissance des VPC, VPN et de l'equilibrage de charge (load balancing) dans les environnements cloud. Solide experience en automatisation avec Bash, Python ou PowerShell. Developpement logiciel (Java). Connaissance des solutions de gestion des identites et des acces (IAM), d'authentification unique (SSO) et de controle d'acces base sur les roles (RBAC) (p. ex., Keycloak, Azure AD). Anglais courant. * Good communication. Customer Management Setup, maintaining and troubleshooting CI/CD Pipelines. Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor. Knowledge of VPC, VPN, and Load Balancing in cloud environments. Strong experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation. Software Development (Java) Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions (e.g., Keycloak, Azure AD).
