Description * D\xc3\xa9velopper des opportunit\xc3\xa9s de vente, des strat\xc3\xa9gies de vente et des solutions bas\xc3\xa9es sur la valeur en \xc3\xa9valuant les applications avec les clients.

  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer (en coordination avec d\'autres) un plan d\'action strat\xc3\xa9gique et un plan d\'action tactique qui permettent d\'atteindre les pr\xc3\xa9visions de vente annuelles et qui sont conformes aux valeurs, \xc3\xa0 la vision et aux pratiques de l\'entreprise.
  • Entretenir et am\xc3\xa9liorer les relations avec les comptes existants en fournissant une aide \xc3\xa0 la vente, une direction des ventes, une formation aux produits et aux techniques de vente, une gestion des ventes et une motivation.
  • Utiliser Salesforce (CRM) pour organiser et suivre de multiples sources d\'informations et de donn\xc3\xa9es afin d\'atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Coordonner les activit\xc3\xa9s avec les autres membres du service des ventes, y compris l\'autre responsable r\xc3\xa9gional des ventes, les responsables des ventes sectorielles et le service apr\xc3\xa8s-vente, afin de maximiser les ventes des produits ID Technology.
  • Pr\xc3\xa9senter les nouveaux produits \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de vente au fur et \xc3\xa0 mesure de leur d\xc3\xa9veloppement.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper en permanence des strat\xc3\xa9gies visant \xc3\xa0 maintenir la vitalit\xc3\xa9 des comptes actuels et \xc3\xa0 accro\xc3\xaetre les ventes de la gamme de produits ID Technology. Cela sera mesur\xc3\xa9 par la mani\xc3\xa8re dont les revenus sont g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s et pay\xc3\xa9s, par la mani\xc3\xa8re dont notre \xc3\xa9quipe de vente interagit avec nos clients et par la formation aux produits.
  • Superviser les t\xc3\xa2ches quotidiennes de gestion de l\'ensemble des responsables des ventes de zone (ASM) et des techniciens de service sur votre territoire g\xc3\xa9ographique.
Qui recherchons-nous ?
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me coll\xc3\xa9gial ou baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de la vente prouv\xc3\xa9e et succ\xc3\xa8s documente.
  • Minimum 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience ou plus dans la vente d\'\xc3\xa9tiquettes et d\'\xc3\xa9quipements d\'emballage.
  • 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le de gestion du personnel.
  • Connaissance de diverses industries et applications dans le domaine de l\'emballage.
  • Le candidat doit faire preuve d\'initiative, d\'un sens aigu de l\'organisation et d\'une bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler avec les autres.
  • Il doit avoir une mentalit\xc3\xa9 de "directeur des ventes" et comprendre que le succ\xc3\xa8s par la performance des autres est vital pour le travail.
  • Il doit avoir une pr\xc3\xa9sentation soign\xc3\xa9e et des comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles.
  • Excellentes aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la communication orale et \xc3\xa9crite.
  • Il doit savoir comment former et motiver les vendeurs et \xc3\xa9laborer et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des plans d\'action strat\xc3\xa9giques et tactiques.
  • Connaissances informatiques ma\xc3\xaetrisant Microsoft office, Salesforce CRM et les diff\xc3\xa9rentes applications.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be contributing to the success of the company by developing, maintaining, and growing our customer relationships to achieve targeted sales goals. This position is home-based and will travel extensively throughout the Toronto East End, or Greater Montreal Metropolitan area. You will manage a team of Area Sales Managers and provide training and sales support.

Are you motivated about this work? * Develop sales opportunities, sales strategies, and value-based solutions through application evaluations with customers.
  • Prepare (in coordination with others) a Strategic Action Plan and Tactical Action Plan that leads to attainment of the annual sales forecast and is aligned with the values, vision, and practices of the company.
  • Maintain and enhance existing account relations by providing sales support, sales leadership, product and sales skills training, sales management, and motivation.
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to organize and track multiple sources of information and data to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate activities with other sales members including the other Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Aftermarket to maximize the sales of ID Technology products.
  • Introduce new products to the sales team as they are developed.
  • Continuously developing strategies to keep current accounts vital and growing in sales of the ID Technology product line. This will be measured by how revenues are generated and paid, how our sales team interfaces with our customers and product training.
  • Oversee the day-to-day tasks of managing all Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Service Technicians within your geographic territory.

  • College diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or proven sales experience, and documented success.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling labels and packaging equipment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Knowledge of various industries and applications in packaging.
  • Must be an initiative-taker, highly organized, and able to work well with others.
  • Must have a \xe2\x80\x9cSales Manager\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x9d mentality with the understanding that success through other people\xe2\x80\x99s performance is vital to the job.
  • Must have polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must know how to train and motivate salespeople and to develop and execute strategic and tactical action plans.
  • Computer literacy proficiency in Microsoft office, Salesforce CRM, and the various applications.
