Resume du role / Objectif
Dans ce role, vous collaborerez avec l'equipe de direction de GE Vernova Hydro Power pour developper, accelerer et mettre en oeuvre une strategie de transformation LEAN et d'amelioration continue. Vous definirez l'orientation et le deploiement du cadre LEAN afin d'assurer une application coherente et rigoureuse dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise, conformement aux meilleures pratiques mondiales.
La principale responsabilite de ce poste est de developper la competence Lean au sein de GE Vernova Hydro Power, de maintenir la feuille de route Lean, de preparer les revues mensuelles d'exploitation et de diriger l'amelioration des processus de projets, en etablissant des pratiques et des principes qui favorisent et permettent la transformation Lean de l'entreprise.

Leadership
Diriger l'equipe pour executer la strategie LEAN, visant des gains en productivite et qualite
Promouvoir les standards eleves et incarner les comportements Lean.
Animer la communaute des leaders Lean Hydro.
Strategie
Co-construire et deployer la vision, strategie et processus LEAN avec les leaders Hydro Power.
Lancer des initiatives et projets pour ameliorer la performance.
Execution
Analyser les processus, identifier les gaspillages, et piloter des projets de productivite.
Developper et mettre en oeuvre des activites d'amelioration continue.
Gerer les KPI lies a la strategie LEAN et au suivi operationnel.
Suivre l'avancement des projets, risques, ressources et jalons critiques.
Participer aux audits Lean et recommander des ameliorations.
Gestion du changement
Agir comme agent(e) de changement pour institutionnaliser les initiatives Lean.
Former et accompagner les personnes leaders dans l'adoption des principes Lean.
Faciliter les ateliers strategiques interfonctionnels (AWO).
Soutenir l'evolution du systeme LEAN de GE Vernova Hydro Power.
Qualifications / Exigences
Diplome universitaire d'un etablissement reconnu, en ingenierie ou domaine technique (prefere)
Minimum de 10 ans d'experience pertinente
Experience de niveau superieur dans un poste operationnel (processus d'ingenierie, processus transactionnels, chaine de valeur)
Minimum de 5 ans comme leader Lean dedie, incluant Hoshin Kanri
Experience dans les secteurs automobile, manufacturier industriel ou transactionnel fortement appreciee
Comprehension de l'execution de projets complexes
Exigences linguistiques : La maitrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste, en raison de la nature des fonctions qui impliquent des communications frequentes avec des equipes internationales, la lecture de documentation technique en anglais et la participation a des reunions globales. La connaissance du francais est fortement souhaitee.

Role Summary/Purpose
In this role, you will work with GE Vernova Hydro Power Leadership team to develop, set the pace and implement a LEAN transformation and continuous improvement strategy. You will outline the direction and deployment of the LEAN framework to ensure consistent and rigorous application across the business in line with 'best practices' globally.
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop Lean proficiency among GE Vernova Hydro Power, maintain the Hydro Power Lean Roadmap, prepare the Monthly Operating Reviews and lead the improvement of Project processes, establishing practices and principles that promote and enable Hydro Power lean transformation.
Essential Responsibilities
Leadership
Guide business leaders in executing the LEAN strategy for major productivity and quality gains.
Role model LEAN behaviors and high standards.
Lead the Hydro community of functional and regional LEAN leaders.
Strategy
Collaborate with Hydro Power leaders to define and implement LEAN vision, strategy, and processes.
Launch initiatives and projects to drive performance.
Execution
Analyze project processes to identify waste and defects, especially in resource allocation and global execution.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity and quality.
Manage KPIs for LEAN strategy and daily operations.
Track project progress, risks, resources, and milestones.
Support Lean health checks, process/value stream mapping, and recommend operational improvements.
Change Management
Act as a change agent to embed key LEAN initiatives.
Train and mentor leaders in LEAN principles.
Facilitate cross-functional strategic workshops (AWO).
Support development and evolution of GE Vernova Hydro Power's LEAN System.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with Engineering/ Technical preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
A senior experience in an operating position (Engineering processes, Transactional processes, Value Chain)
Minimum of 5 years as dedicated LEAN Leader, including Hoshin Kanri
An automotive, industrial manufacturing or transactional background would be highly appreciated.
Need to understand execution of complex projects.
Language requirements: Fluent English is required with spoken knowledge of French preferred.
