Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un
Responsable environnement
pour rejoindre notre equipe SSE basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous exercerez un role d'expert-conseil aupres des directeurs, chefs de service, superviseurs et employes afin de les guider vers les meilleures pratiques en matiere d'environnement.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Sante, Securite et Environnement chargee en autre d'assurer l'adherence aux politiques et procedures de sante, securite et environnement de l'entreprise, de supporter les operations en recherchant les meilleures pratiques SSE, d'effectuer des audits de maitrise operationnelle et des evaluations de risques.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Responsable environnement sera de :
Etre le gardien et le promoteur de nos politiques environnementales en vous assurant que la reglementation (municipale, provinciale, federale) est non seulement respectee, mais vecue et integree au quotidien par chaque membre de l'equipe;
Gerer et ameliorer le Systeme de Management Environnemental (EMS), conformement a la norme ISO 14001:2015. et engager toutes les parties interessees dans l'atteinte des objectifs environnementaux;
Planifier et participer activement aux audits internes, externes et legaux tout en assurant le suivi de la correction des non conformites;
Assumer la responsabilite de la compilation, de la production, de l'analyse statistique et de la soumission de tous les rapports reglementaires (INRP, IQEA, Halocarbures, etc.) et corporatifs dans les delais;
Agir, au besoin et selon les circonstances, a titre de representant de l'entreprise aupres des instances externes (corporatif, ADM, MDDELCC, Ville de Mirabel, etc) pour les dossiers en environnement et assurer le partage et le suivi des actions;
Elaborer, deposer et suivre les demandes de permis environnementaux et les mises a jour d'autorisations;
Participer activement aux comites de gouvernance et assurer la liaison et l'echange de meilleures pratiques a l'echelle corporative.

Vos defis:

Fournir une expertise technique de haut niveau et des solutions pragmatiques aux equipes de gestion sur toutes les questions liees a l'environnement;

Votre profil:
Sept (7) a dix (10) ans d'experience en environnement, de preference dans un secteur industriel ou manufacturier complexe, ou vous avez obtenu des resultats mesurables et gere des projets majeurs;
Maitrise avancee de l'ISO 14001:2015 (un atout d'avoir ete auditeur ou Process Owner);
Vous etes titulaire d'un baccalaureat ou d'une maitrise en environnement ou dans un domaine connexe;
Vous n'avez pas besoin d'une autorite hierarchique pour inspirer l'action. Votre expertise, votre passion et vos competences relationnelles (bilinguisme francais/anglais essentiel) suffisent a mobiliser les equipes;
Face a un probleme complexe, vous etes celui ou celle qui prend l'initiative, analyse avec acuite et propose des solutions pragmatiques et innovantes;
Vous carburez a la performance dans un contexte de changement constant, sachant allier plaisir au travail et atteinte des objectifs;
Vous etes profondement oriente vers l'humain, tout en gardant un jugement professionnel affute pour gerer les priorites et aligner la SSE sur les objectifs strategiques de l'entreprise;

Environment Officer
to join our HSE team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will act as an expert consultant to directors, department heads, supervisors, and employees to guide them towards the best practices in Environment.
You will be part of the Health, Safety & Environment team responsible for ensuring adherence to the company's health and safety policies and procedures, supporting operations by conducting job safety analyses and researching best OHS practices, and performing operational control audits and risk assessments.
The team's organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous manner, by supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as an Environment Officer will be to:
Act as the steward and champion of our environmental policies, ensuring that all regulations (municipal, provincial, federal) are not only respected, but truly lived and integrated into the daily operations of every team member;
Manage and enhance the Environmental Management System (EMS), in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard, and engage all interested parties in achieving environmental objectives;
Plan and actively participate in internal, external, and legal audits, ensuring timely follow-up and correction of non-conformities;
Assume responsibility for the compilation, production, statistical analysis, and timely submission of all regulatory reports (e.g., NPRI, IQEA, Halocarbons, etc.) and corporate reports;
Act, as required and depending on the circumstances, as the company's representative with external bodies (corporate, ADM, MDDELCC, City of Mirabel, etc.) for environmental matters, and ensure effective sharing of information and follow-up on actions;
Develop, submit, and track environmental permit applications and authorization updates;
Actively participate in governance committees and ensure liaison and the exchange of best practices across the corporate network.

Your boarding pass:
Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in environment, preferably in a complex industrial or manufacturing sector, where you have achieved measurable results and managed major projects;
Advanced mastery of ISO 14001:2015 (being an auditor or Process Owner is an asset);
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in environment or a related field;
You do not need hierarchical authority to inspire action. Your expertise, passion, and relational skills (essential French/English bilingualism) are sufficient to mobilize teams;
Faced with a complex problem, you are the one who takes the initiative, analyzes with acuity, and proposes pragmatic and innovative solutions;
You thrive on performance in a context of constant change, knowing how to combine enjoyment at work with the achievement of objectives;
