Notre client, dont le si\xc3\xa8ge social est situ\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 Montr\xc3\xa9al depuis 1945, compte plusieurs bureaux et salles d\xe2\x80\x99exposition \xc3\xa0 travers le monde. Ils sont actuellement \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un responsable des ressources humaines pour d\xc3\xa9velopper leur fonction RH.

Relevant du vice-pr\xc3\xa9sident, le Responsable des ressources humaines planifie, organise, dirige, contr\xc3\xb4le et \xc3\xa9value les activit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99un service des ressources humaines. Agi \xc3\xa0 titre d\xe2\x80\x99agent de changement et ambassadeur de la vision ressources humaines en \xc3\xa9laborant et promouvant des politiques et mettant en \xc5\x93uvre des programmes et des proc\xc3\xa9dures en mati\xc3\xa8re de planification des ressources humaines, de recrutement, de formation et de perfectionnement, de classification de postes et d\xe2\x80\x99administration de la r\xc3\xa9mun\xc3\xa9ration et des avantages sociaux. De par son mandat, son expertise et ses comp\xc3\xa9tences, il conseille et supporte les gestionnaires dans la gestion de leur personnel, fait la promotion et le maintient d\xe2\x80\x99excellentes relations de travail bas\xc3\xa9es sur le respect des individus et des attentes corporatives en mati\xc3\xa8re d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9thique.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Agir \xc3\xa0 titre de r\xc3\xb4le-conseil aupr\xc3\xa8s des gestionnaires en mati\xc3\xa8re de gestion des ressources humaines; mesures disciplinaires, formation, sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, application des politiques et des lois en vigueur
  • Assurer le processus complet de la dotation et de la gestion des dossiers d\xe2\x80\x99invalidit\xc3\xa9
  • Assurer un suivi des dossiers de la CSST (administratif et contestation)
  • Coordonner les activit\xc3\xa9s reli\xc3\xa9es aux programmes de formation (loi 90)
  • Membre du comit\xc3\xa9 sant\xc3\xa9 s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et assurer les suivis des requ\xc3\xaates
  • R\xc3\xa9diger et diffuser des communications internes
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et implanter les strat\xc3\xa9gies, les pratiques et les processus de gestion de ressources humaines
  • D\xc3\xa9finir des besoins ressources humaines de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise et proposer les plans d\xe2\x80\x99action (budgets, ressources, \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers) et leur mise en \xc5\x93uvre
  • Soutenir la mobilisation des ressources humaines en fonction des valeurs de la compagnie et de la strat\xc3\xa9gie d\xe2\x80\x99affaires
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les lois relatives au travail, tel que la Loi sur l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quit\xc3\xa9 salariale, soient respect\xc3\xa9es
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer et effectuer le suivi des transactions relatives aux dossiers des employ\xc3\xa9s
  • Supporter et/ou effectuer le processus de paie.
  • Assurer la gestion de l\xe2\x80\x99assurance collective
Qualifications requises
  • BAC en ressources humaines ou relations industrielles
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der un minimum de cinq \xc3\xa0 sept ann\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente dans un poste similaire
  • Bilinguisme \xc3\xa9crit et oral
  • Membre de l\xe2\x80\x99Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines (un atout)
  • Maitrise des logiciels de la suite Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler dans un environnement en constante \xc3\xa9volution
  • Excellentes habilet\xc3\xa9s en communication et relations interpersonnelles
  • Habilet\xc3\xa9s d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9es en coaching et en r\xc3\xb4le-conseil.
  • Sens de la planification et de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et bon esprit de synth\xc3\xa8se et d\xe2\x80\x99analyse.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 mener de front plusieurs dossiers et \xc3\xa0 prendre des d\xc3\xa9cisions rapidement.
  • Leadership, capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99influencer et dynamisme.

Our client, with headquarters in Montreal since 1945 and multiple offices and showrooms across the globe, is one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading designer, manufacturer, importer and exporter of textile products for the home fashion industry. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to help build their HR function.

Reporting to the Vice-president, the Human Resources Manager plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the activities of a human resources department. Acting as a catalyst for changes and ambassador for the human resources vision by developing and promoting policies and implementing programs and procedures for human resources planning, recruitment, training and development, job classification pay and group insurance and benefits administration. Through his or her mandate, expertise and skills, the director of human resources advises and supports managers in the management of their staff, promotes and maintains excellent working relationships based on respect for individuals and corporate expectations in matters of ethics.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as an advisor to managers in the management of human resources; disciplinary measures, training, health and safety, application of policies and laws in effect
  • Ensures the entire process of staffing and managing disability files
  • Follow-up on CSST files (administrative and contestation)
  • Coordinates activities related to training programs (Bill 90)
  • Member of the health and safety committee and follow up on requests
  • Write and disseminate internal communications
  • Implement human resources management strategies, practices and processes
  • Define human resources needs of the company and propose action plans (budgets, resources, deadlines) and their implementation
  • Supports the mobilization of human resources according to the values \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bof the company and the business strategy
  • Ensure that labor laws, such as the Pay Equity Act, are respected
  • Prepare and track transactions related to employee records
  • Support and / or perform the payroll process.
  • Manage the group insurance plan
Qualifications:
  • B.A. in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Have a minimum five to seven years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual French and English both written and oral
  • Member of the Order of Human Resources Advisors (an asset)
  • Mastery of Office suite software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
