Gestion des donnxc3xa9es
Gxc3xa9rer les portefeuilles de donnxc3xa9es et de plans des clients
Collecter, traiter, analyser, auditer, examiner, comparer et valider les indicateurs d'espace et d'occupation
Assurer la conformitxc3xa9 au programme de gouvernance des donnxc3xa9es du client et aux SLA
Appliquer les principes de catxc3xa9gorisation des espaces de bureaux (par exemple, BOMA, OSCRE)
Rapports et analyses

As a Space Data Manager at JLL, you'll manage our client's CAFM/IWMS system, space and occupancy data, and provide analysis and development of space and occupancy reporting and dashboards. You'll collaborate with Occupancy Planning & Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management teams to deliver global occupancy and real estate decisions and strategies.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Data Management
Manage clients' data and drawings portfolios
Collect, process, analyze, audit, review, benchmark, and validate space and occupancy metrics
Ensure compliance with client's data governance program and SLAs
Apply office space categorization principles (e.g., BOMA, OSCRE)
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and publish standard reports highlighting supply, demand, vacancy, density, utilization, and cost metrics
Provide status updates on CAFM/IWMS use, functionality, and performance
Train end-users on data systems
Collaboration and Support
Work closely with CAFM technology and Global CAD services teams
Assist with ad-hoc requests and queries
Submit tickets for technical assistance
Perform application testing for system enhancements
Drawing Management
Maintain compliance with drawing data standards
Lead recurring site data validation (space audits) program
Support move coordination and facility management teams
Financial Planning
Interpret portfolio changes and assist with financial forecasts
Participate in allocation/chargeback cycles and related reporting
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in architecture, space planning, data management and analytics, or occupancy planning
Experience in managing real estate data, preferably in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients
Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS database applications (e.g., FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization,
AutoCAD skills preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to manage multiple tasks
