Responsabilites specifiques

Identifier et/ou soutenir les opportunites de croissance commerciale dans toutes les categories, impactant notre reseau de pharmacies independantes. Diriger des projets en collaboration avec les equipes commerciales pour identifier des opportunites d'amelioration, recueillir et analyser des informations et des donnees, developper et recommander des ameliorations et des innovations. Realiser des analyses de donnees regulieres et fournir des rapports de donnees complets et des insights aux parties prenantes internes et externes. Conduire et/ou soutenir la formation des membres de l'equipe sur les outils et techniques de Reporting et d'Amelioration Continue dans des contextes formels et informels (just-in-time). Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les leaders commerciaux tout au long du cycle de vie du projet. Developper et gerer les relations avec les leaders commerciaux aux niveaux Directeur/MD. Diriger et organiser des groupes inter-departementaux a travers des ateliers complexes et strategiques. Suivre les projets de l'ideation a l'achevement. Aider a creer des plans de projet et de la documentation en tenant compte des ressources, de la priorite des taches, des risques et des dependances. Developper et livrer des recits et des presentations pour des rapports de maniere independante. Utiliser l'experience professionnelle et l'expertise en la matiere pour gerer le developpement et la mise en oeuvre de nouveaux projets et opportunites, et appliquer une rigueur analytique et une optimisation des processus pour resoudre des problemes commerciaux critiques. Construire, mettre en oeuvre et faciliter la performance commerciale et les processus en utilisant une methodologie eprouvee pour maximiser la valeur pour l'organisation. Diriger et executer la mise en oeuvre de projets commerciaux, en veillant a ce que tous les facteurs critiques de succes soient atteints ou depasses ; developper des strategies d'attenuation si necessaire. Responsable de l'agregation des insights, des analyses et des informations sur la performance commerciale de detail, et de la creation et de la livraison de presentations a la direction, aux parties prenantes internes et externes. Collaborer avec des pairs au sein du Departement des Ventes, et de la plus grande organisation McKesson pour echanger sur les meilleures pratiques et rester informe des tendances et conditions du marche, de l'industrie, ainsi que des avancees technologiques. Identifier et aborder les questions de performance operationnelle qui impactent les resultats commerciaux ou exposent l'organisation a des risques commerciaux ou reglementaires. Maintenir une connaissance pertinente des produits et des fabricants. Favoriser une culture de performance, d'amelioration continue et de collaboration avec la direction et les pairs et agir en tant qu'ambassadeur des valeurs d'entreprise de McKesson. Rechercher et deployer des opportunites d'automatiser et d'integrer des solutions d'IA dans un effort pour accroitre la capacite et apporter de l'efficacite, dans l'esprit d'amelioration continue des processus.

Exigences du poste


Experience professionnelle

7-10 ans d'experience dans un environnement pharmaceutique. Experience en vente au detail/en gros/en fabrication/programmes specialises/pharmacie un atout.

Formation

Diplome universitaire dans une discipline pertinente. Les designations PMP, SCMP, CSCP ou Six Sigma/Lean sont des atouts convaincants.

Competences techniques

Connaissance approfondie des produits MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio et PowerBI). Connaissance des fondamentaux de la gestion de projet. Competences eprouvees en analyse rigoureuse, extraction d'opportunites et gestion du changement.

Autres competences et capacites

Experience solide dans la direction de projets operationnels transversaux. Faire preuve de capacite a performer dans une equipe interfonctionnelle et sous des conditions de haute pression. Centre sur le client. Attention aux details, tout en maintenant un fort sens de la synthese et de l'aptitude a resumer. Capacite a identifier des problemes operationnels et strategiques ou des opportunites d'amelioration et a elaborer proactivement un plan et executer des solutions. Disponible pour des voyages (5 fois par an, avec sejour de nuit).

Specific Responsibilities

Identifying and /or supporting business growth opportunities across all categories, impacting our independent pharmacy network Leading projects in conjunction with business teams to identify opportunities for improvement, gather and analyze information and data, develop and recommend improvements and innovation Conducts regular data analyses and provides comprehensive data reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders Conducting and/or support training of team members on Reporting and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques in both formal and informal (just-in-time) settings Working closely with business leaders throughout the project life cycle Developing and managing business leader relationships at Director/MD levels Leading and organizing cross-departmental groups through complex and strategic workshops Tracking projects from ideation to completion Helping to create project plans and documentation considering resources, task priority, risks, and dependencies. Developing and delivering story and presentations for report outs independently Using subject matter and professional experience to manage the development and implementation of new projects and opportunities, and apply analytical rigor and process optimization to solve critical business problems Builds, implements, and facilitates business performance and processes using a proven methodology to maximize value to the organization. Leads and executes business project implementations, ensuring all key critical success factors are met or exceeded; develops mitigation strategies as needed. Is responsible for aggregating insights, analytics, and retail business performance information, building and delivering presentations to senior management, internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates with peers within the Sales Department, and the larger McKesson organization to exchange on leading practices and stay abreast of market, industry trends and conditions, as well as technological advances. Identifies and addresses operational performance matters that impact business results or expose the organization to business or regulatory risks. Maintains relevant business knowledge of products and manufacturers. Fosters a culture of performance, continuous improvement and collaboration with Management and peers and acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values. Seeking out and deploying opportunities to automate and integrate AI solutions in an effort to build capacity and bring efficiency, in the spirit of continuous process improvement.

Position requirements



Working Experience

7-10 years' experience in pharmaceutical environment. Retail/Wholesale/Manufacturing/Specialty Programs/Pharmacy experience an asset.
Education

University degree in relevant discipline. PMP, SCMP, CSCP or Six Sigma/Lean designations are compelling assets.

Solid experience leading cross-functional operational projects. Demonstrate ability to perform in a cross-functional team and under high pressure conditions. Customer-focused. Attention to detail, whilst maintaining a strong sense of summary and ability to synthesize. Ability to identify operational and strategic issues or improvement opportunity and proactively build a plan and execute solutions. Available for travel (5 times per year, with overnight stay).
