Resource Support Staff
to join our
Job Development Team
! This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting job seekers, employers, and our internal teams with top-tier administrative and client service support.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will support our mission through:
Administrative Support
Maintain organized electronic employer files, forms, and case notes
Assist with follow-ups to clients and employers
Develop systems, using Excel, to track employer activity
Update our website and social media with job and program information
Workshop Coordination
Schedule internal and external workshops and coordinate facilitators
Track workshop attendance and statistics
Update workshop materials using Canva
Client Service & Resource Centre
Welcome clients and answer inquiries by phone or in-person
Schedule appointments, conduct pre-assessments, and explain our programs
Support job seekers with resumes, online applications, and referrals
Provide immediate assistance to clients in crisis and maintain a professional, inclusive environment
Information Management
Accurately input and update data in agency systems like ESCases and CAMS
Support monthly statistics and reporting requirements
What You Bring
Core Competencies & Technical Skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience with databases, Outlook, Excel, Canva, and MS Office Suite
Familiarity with employment services or community resources is an asset
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required depending on site assignment
