About the Role
As a Resource Specialist, you schedule, deploy, and support security personnel across multiple contracts. You will manage urgent staffing needs, adjust day-to-day schedules, and maintain strong communication with staff, supervisors, and clients.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and keeping operations running smoothly. With casual/on-call availability, you can pick up shifts flexibly while gaining valuable experience in a leading security organization.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule & Deploy Staff
Coordinate security personnel across multiple sites and shifts
Adjust assignments for urgent or short-notice needs
Ensure staffing meets client and operational requirements
Communication & Support
Act as primary contact for staff and client scheduling inquiries
Provide professional, timely responses and operational updates
Maintain strong communication with supervisors and managers
Administrative & Operational Accuracy
Maintain accurate scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce records
Support payroll and billing through precise data entry
Monitor scheduling systems to ensure compliance and shift fulfillment
Team Collaboration
Build knowledge of staff skills and client preferences
Work closely with managers and supervisors to optimize scheduling
Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment
What You Bring
High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)
2+ years in customer service or operations (preferred)
Scheduling, dispatch, call-center, or coordination experience (asset)
Strong computer skills; MS Office proficiency
Calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of employment standards related to scheduling (asset)
Exceptional English Communication Required
Advanced written and verbal English skills are essential. Applicants may be asked to complete communication or language testing.

Casual / On-Call -- must be willing to accept short-notice shifts
12-hour shifts
